Return Policy
You may return most items sold by Extinguisher Mart within 30 days of delivery. Based on the reason for return, the customer may be responsible for returned shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee. Please do not return an item without contacting our customer service first. If the return is a result of our error, the return will be at no additional cost to the customer.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
1. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 2. Any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) 3. Any item that has been used or tampered with. 4. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Return to Sender Fees
If a package is returned to to sender, we will automatically refund your credit card, less shipping and return fees, and a 20% restocking fee for the returned items.
Exchange Policy
Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
